Volunteer your time to help those we serve enter the workforce and advance their careers.
Bootcamp Volunteer: volunteers can help at our workforce Boot Camps by guest-speaking, giving resume feedback, or acting as a mock interviewer.
Job Coach: commit to supporting a participant of our Workforce Development Program for one year as he or she seeks employment and enters the workforce.
Professional Clothing Sorter: organize clothing and professional items that have been donated to ensure they help those we serve obtain new jobs and careers. This is a great opportunity for adult volunteers!
Personal Shopper: assist clients shopping for interview and work-appropriate clothing. Help shoppers find their correct sizes and put together outfits.
Workforce Development Ambassador: the ambassador will greet clients, verify their appointment, and guide the intake process. The ambassador will also support the check-out process at the end of each appointment and support follow-up appointments when requested. Being the ambassador will allow you to interact directly with those we serve, supporting their search for employment and a life beyond poverty.
