Alseta has spent most of her career working for several education nonprofits and associations. Before joining A Wider Circle, she recently worked for the Government of the District of Columbia at the Department of Employment Services, where she facilitated job search and labor market information to job seekers, and at the DC Workforce Investment Council where she helped with the District’s implementation of federal workforce development policy and managed the evaluation of and approval process for occupational skills training providers. Alseta received her Bachelor’s in Spanish and Latin American Area studies and her Master’s in International Training and Education from American University.
