Allison leads Deloitte’s Corporate Citizenship strategy and programming in the Greater Washington region. Among her responsibilities and successes include developing collaborative community partnerships, facilitating grantmaking and sponsorships, and overseeing employee volunteer engagement, which led to a #1 ranking by the Washington Business Journal for corporate volunteer hours.
Prior to her role in Corporate Citizenship, she worked in Deloitte’s Consulting practice supporting federal clients on issues of process improvement, workforce analytics, and contract management. She also held research positions with the Woodrow Wilson Center and the Stimson Center.
Originally from Florida, Allison earned a BA in Political Science, International Affairs, and Spanish from Mercer University and an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University. She also has a graduate certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the CSR Institute/Johns Hopkins University, and a graduate certificate in Corporate Citizenship Practice from Boston College. She has called the Greater Washington area her home for nine years, and is proud to serve as a volunteer writing coach with the Posse Foundation and a member of the Phillips Collection.
